Rental Property &Tenant(s) management from A to Z

  • Online Tenant Portal (Pay Rent, Set-Up Auto Pay, Submit Maintenance Request, and more)

  • Online Owner Portal (Track Accounting, Invoices, Inspections,..)

  • Rent Collection

  • Tenant Communications (we create a buffer between the tenant and landlord)

  • Monthly and Annual Accounting.

  • Direct Deposit of Income to Owner(s) Bank Account(s)

  • Maintenance and Repair Coordination and Supervision

  • Make-ready Repairs, Painting, etc.

  • Property Acquisitions, Dispositions, and 1031 Exchange

  • Advertising of the rental property on selected websites like Zillow

  • Tenant screening

  • Lease renewal (+$200 for the monthly rental cap of $3,500 )

  • Annual fee (+$200)

  • Leasing (60% one month’s rent per lease)

*All the above mentioned services will be provided for a set FEE of 6% per month of the gross monthly rental.

  • Rent Collection

  • Tenant Communications (we create a buffer between the tenant and landlord)

  • Monthly and Annual Accounting.

  • Direct Deposit of Income to Owner(s) Bank Account(s)

  • Maintenance and Repair Coordination and Supervision

  • Make-ready Repairs, Painting, etc.

  • Property Acquisitions, Dispositions, and 1031 Exchange

  • Advertising of the rental property on selected websites like Zillow

  • Tenant screening

  • PLUS -- Full Marketing/Leasing/Listing (Property will be listed and marketed by a CA licensed Broker to a variety of channels only available to a licensee (MLS, Realtor.com, etc)
